After an extensive, eight-year, $2 Billion renovation, Waldorf Astoria New York reopened to the public in November 2025. A social-first lifestyle campaign reintroduced ‘The Greatest of Them All’ to the high-net-worth market.

The Waldorf is both a landmark and a modern social epicenter for New York’s cultural and social elite. Beyond unveiling the iconic restoration, the campaign positioned the hotel as a destination for everyday luxury, where native New Yorkers gather to dine, socialize, and linger at Peacock Alley, LexYard, and Yoshoku.
